CREDIT CARD PAYMENT You can purchase goods from cam natural hair by using Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express cards which are approved for internet shopping via DIBS payment. No extra charges apply. The amount to be paid is reserved on your card but will first be debited when your products are sent to you. Payment exchange (DIBS) which all credit card payments go through meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. We reserve the right to verify the payment card's validity, that sufficient funds are available to cover the value of the order, and that the holder's address details are correct. We may refuse a purchase as a result of this information. We have an agreement with Secure by Visa. This could mean that you are required to get approval from your credit card supplier to be able to use this function. Do this by contacting or logging into your bank. PAY PAL PAYMENT Pay quickly and more securely by using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or via a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account. At checkout you can choose the delivery method that is available for your region and see which delivery times apply. We strive to have all our items in stock. Should a product not be available for immediate delivery it will be clearly stated beside the product and at check out. If any items from your order are unable to be delivered immediately, please contact us for part delivery or help in finding an alternative product. Should we be unable to fulfil the agreed delivery date then we will contact you. Should the package not arrive please inform us within 14 days of the order date. You can cancel your purchase at no cost if we do not meet the terms of delivery. Your package may be delayed during national holidays, festivals or transport disruptions. Note that changes in delivery may occur during the weekends. For countries outside the South America and EU there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer.

After purchasing your items an order acknowledgement will be sent to you. Please read though it carefully and ensure that all details are correct. When your order is ready to be delivered from our warehouse you will also receive a delivery acknowledgement to the email address that you have registered at checkout. England: 5-7 working days. The rest of the EU: 6-8 working days. Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to. Normally packages are posted through your letterbox as standard mail. Bulky packages will be sent to your nearest Post Office where you can fetch it later. UPS EXPRESS 2-3 WORKING DAYS All orders placed and paid for Monday to Friday before 2pm local time (GMT+1) will be sent the same day. Countries covered: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Holland, Poland, Spain, Great Britain (UK), and Switzerland. Delivery to countries other than those listed above is 2-4 working days (UPS). Variations may occur when delivering to remote locations or due to national holidays.
At Cam natural Hair our aim is to make sure that you the consumer feel secure purchasing goods from us, therefore we provide you with the possibility to return or exchange your goods or have a refund if the product is faulty. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing within 14 days. This is done using the returns form or by e-mail. You the customer are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging goods as well as being responsible for any diminished value due to handling the products more than is necessary for determining the product's character and form. If you have received an item from a campaign and you wish to return/exchange goods, then the total sum of your order still needs to be greater than the required value or number of goods for receiving the campaign product. If the value/number of goods is less then you shall be debited for the campaign product that you have already received. This does not include delivery costs or free gifts. Customers wishing to obtain a refund should please note the following: you must always return the entire product (all packages) in order for us to give you full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for costs in connection with hair attachment.
All returns must be submitted as follows: Pack the product well in the same package/bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box. Use our pre-printed return form. You can print it here: return form. Submit the package at the nearest Post Office. Keep the receipt.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the product has been put into use. If your product is faulty then the entire product should be returned to us. Please attach a full description of the fault. The item is then analysed by our warranty department who will contact you via email when the matter has been investigated. Follow these steps: Pack the items in the same package/bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box. Print out the claim form. Include a full description of the fault. Send the claim form along with all the goods / items you wish to have refunded, and the receipt for the return shipping, to: CAM NATURAL HAIR, Rua Padre Anchieta 180 São Domingos, Niteroi Submit the package at the nearest Post Office.

General Terms And Conditions

The following general terms and conditions are applicable for all agreements made with cam natural hair, 7756732-6047 (furthermore stated as CAM). By ordering from CAM you thereby accept these terms and conditions whether your order is in our webshop or in one of our salons. Orders made by persons under the age of 18 are considered cash purchases and require a parent or guardian’s approval. CAM reserves the right for any typographical errors in text and images, as well as errors in the product specifications of all products in our range.
